 In May of 2007 VST was awarded ISO 9001 certification. This award reflects the high quality process controls that VST has in place to ensure that our Clients and their customers receive the best service possible. At VST we work with all of our Clients on a programme of continuous improvement using stong management systems, IT development and practical end user input to make information as accessible and cost effective as possible.  Through our link to Vision Support we undertake bi-annual research into the quality of our products to ensure that they continue to be as user friendly as possible. We operate a forum whose purpose it is to test new and existing versions of our product and provide independent feedback that allows VST to adapt its product to the end users needs.
