 For those who wish to hear their statements or other communications, we provide an Audio service. For our Audio production we have a dedicated and experienced in-house team and production facility. Our Audio facilities allows for a range of production techniques including atmospheric music or re-modifying existing text into Audio scripts to allow for greater clarity in the Audio experience received by the End User. Our experienced team are used to handling large varieties of work from company magazines through to Codes of Practice booklets and Bank Statements. Once we have undertaken a piece of work for a client the Audio copy is retained on our system so that additional copies can be produced and despatched quickly. Unlike some transcription companies VST does not charge for the storage of information that we have transcribed.
In addition to CD output we still offer all Audio materials on tape to allow the End User the choice. Tapes & CDs can be designed to include tone indexes, pauses and beeps in appropriate places to allow for information to be located easily.
In addition we can offer MP3 capabilities for Clients wishing to include Audio information on their web-site.
VST can produce master tapes in digital or analogue format to hold on library ready for call-off or duplication. All tapes & CDs can be boxed, with or without inserts and labels and can be customised with corporate branding.
All of our Audio production is undertaken in-house within our purpose built recording studios.  In addition to audio recordists VST can provide the latest Text to Speech (TTS) transcription. TTS produces lifelike audio pronunciation with the added benefit of allowing items to be transcribed into audio much quicker. TTS is well suited for larger or varied documents such as terms and conditions, codes of practice and bank statements. Our TTS software allows for different accents to be used, spoken at different speeds with an intelligent pronunciation systems that learns how to pronounce any word within the text and automatically remembers it for application to all other items.
TTS provides a cost effective alternative to spoken word audio recording and provides Clients with a credible audio alternative.
